Can I change flight dates
?
Yes. If you want to come a bit earlier or stay a bit longer then other members of your group, please inform us in advance and we`ll be glad to help you.
Can I plan a tour myself and order it?
Yes. If you are interested in any kind of specially organized tours (for yourself, your family, friends or your club) we`ll do our best to fulfill your request.
If on any reason we are not able to organize this kind of trip, we`ll provide you with the information and contacts which might be useful to fulfill your ideas.
Can I order a tour which is not mentioned in your tour list?
Yes. We can create according you request almost any tour around Kamchatka.
Does it happen that you change the tour schedule?
We keep to a tour schedule, but some changes are possible. The tour schedule might be changed because of weather conditions or any other reasons which we can not control.
What if I travel alone?
We have groups of tourists and individual travelers. If there is a group of travelers we`ll inform you about the possibility to join them. If you want to travel alone you are also welcome.
Can I come earlier then the other travelers of the same group ?
Yes. We`ll be glad to meet you at the airport and organize any short trips and excursions before the main group arrival.
How difficult are you tours?
Our tours are created for active travelers. All the tours do not require any special training.
What kind of food do you offer?
Professional cook works with every group of tourists. All our travelers are provided with hot meal three times a day. Snack food is provided when necessary.
What if I keep to a diet?
If you keep to a diet or require any special cuisine, please inform us in advance. Our cooks`ll keep to your request.
Accommodation
In city part of the tours, our guests live in the hotels (dbl and sngl) rooms. Depending on tour our travelers stay in the hotels, resorts, travel cabins or tents.
Will we have guides on every route?
Yes. We take care of our tourists from the very first moment they are on Kamchatka (the airport). Our representative will meet you at the airport. On every tour an experienced full time guide will be working with you, besides this we hire local professional experts if necessary.
What is the best time to go to Kamchatka?
All depends on a tour you`ve chosen. For trekking routes we recommend the period from July to end of September. For fishing - the end of July to the end of October. Ski tours - November - June.
Do you guaranty the visiting of all places mentioned in the tour schedule ?
We use all our experience and knowledge to choose the best places to visit and the best period for you trip. But you have keep in mind that some changes in your tour schedule can happen as we do not control the weather. All our tours are composed the way to operate and change the schedule with minimum losses of time.
How safe is Petropavlovsk ?
We would call it a safe place. Tourists can walk around the city almost 24 hours. Local people are friendly. But any way you have to keep the basic caution.
Do I need an insurance?
Yes. Besides your own insurance we provide every our tourist with additional one (it is included in tour price). If you plan to travel on Kamchatka on your own (with out any support of travel agencies) , we would recommend you to have an insurance.
Safety
Every group has its own professional guide, equipped with satellite phone, anti bear gear or armed (if necessary).
Are there any poisons insects or snakes on Kamchatka?

How can I keep in touch with my home while traveling on your routes?
Using public phone and phone cards you can make local and long distance calls. There are business centers with Internet access in every hotel. While being in Petropavlovsk you are welcome to use post services and Internet cafes. We can help you with renting cellular and satellite phones.

You can buy souvenirs, local art works, wood carving, books and video about Kamchatka and so on.
