All goods are divided into article groups. Press on web-link (souvenir, maps, books, CD and so on)
and you get to the showcase of complete assortment.
Choosing article group, for example "maps" you get in
the page of detailed catalogue of all maps which our shop offers.
When you get to the list of goods with short
information about them and with photos, just press on little photo-icon to look at full size photo of article.
How to arrange the order?
If you found necessary article you can draw up your order.
You should e-mail us inquiry with
article code, number and your valid e-mail.
After that you get from us confirmation by e-mail with precise definitions about
delivery (if it is necessary).
In 24 hours from the moment of inquiry drawing up you can refuse it, e-mail us repeatedly with all
mentioned datum about inquiry in theme (Delete Order).
If we do not get the refusal, the order is carried out automatically.
Additional conditions of order sending
Goods catalogue in the shop renews every month (we add new goods into catalogue and take some
goods out of sale).
It can happen that the article you have ordered is not available now.
In this case we send you that items of your order which is available at the moment.
All missing items will be send to you as soon as they are available.
How can order delivery be carried out?
Delivery is carried out: in Russia - delivery by messenger.
Delivery by messenger -
is the most convenient quickest and cheapest way of delivery.
Such way of delivery is carried out in Moscow and near Moscow and
takes from 1 to 3 days.
Delivery by regular post - usually time of delivery takes 2-3 weeks, but unfortunately, it can take more time.
Oversea - we carry out delivery of goods oversea with the help of DHL service.
Delivery cost depends on total weight of article and remoteness
of country of destination.
How to pay for the order?
Order can be paid different ways.
Individuals can pay order by bank transfer to our internet shop account
through any Bank of Russian Federation (bank's comission is 3% of oder cost) or any oversea bank.
By postal money order to our account (this way of payment is less economical - post services cost 10 % of order cost).
If you make your purchase as a Company, you can pay the order according to whritten bill.
Please, inform us by e-mail about payment made.
In message note dare and sum of the payment, order number, organization name or person's full
name and number of pay-roll.
We do processing the order only after confirmatoin of payment.

Time of delivery of your order is calculated in such way: total time of delivery= time of order forming + time
of delivery by post.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee precise maintainance of terms - it depends on work of post.

In this case time of delivery is rather precise. Article delivery (Moscow) to you by our courier takes 1-3 days.
