"Moroznaya mountain"
is one of the most popular mountain skiing centers in Kamchatka.
There are the medical center, the administration office, the rental and a cafe.
Not so far from The Moroznaya Mountain there is the hot springs pool with the beautifull thermal water.
The ski resort Moroznaya offers you 5 different descents with different degree of complication, equipped by 2 lifts.
Descent #1 - from the point of 2050 meters, the average percent of the slope 1
6.7% which convennient for the giant slalom and the super giant slalom.
Descent #2 - from the point of 2000 meters, 700 meters is the bottom section.
Descent #3 - from the point of 520 meters. The average persantage of the slope is 21.36%.
Descent #4 - 680 meters. Slope 14.7% is convenient for slalom.
Descent #5 - 300 meters is good for children and beginners.
Two elevators VL-1000 consistent, training hand-made.
More than 10 years the Russian Olympic team was tranning on the Moroznaya Mountain.
The president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, with his family chose this resort for their
holydays, while he was in Kamchatka. Moroznaya resort is the cool place to hanging out,
tranning and for the sport games.
Open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm, lunchtime 12 - 12.30 in the afternoon
(lifts are stopped).
Working time - from 09:00 till 18:00
Dinner - from 12:00 till 12:30
Monday is a day-off.
The bar "On the Moroznaya" works from 09:00 till 18:00 (dinner and supper must be ordered before)
Price of ski hire is depend on size from 100 till 300 rubles (complete set incluedes shues, skis, sticks).
Price of elevator - lifting up to the first descending - 20 rubles, and then + 20 rub.
